No return, exchange, or refund will be processed without the packing video.
What Is the Refund Time Period?
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be credited after the date the product is received at our warehouse.

Q: Are shipping or COD charges refundable?
No. Only the product price is refundable. Return Shipping Charges , COD, gift wrap, customs duty, or other charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement after that no cancellation of order . In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you credit note of the same amount.
